Bunker trading and brokerage for the Port of Singapore

SingaporeBunker.com is a marine bunker trading, brokerage and supply coordination business focused on the Port of Singapore. We source marine fuel from MPA-licensed physical suppliers for shipowners, charterers, vessel operators and international bunker traders, and we coordinate each delivery from enquiry to signed bunker delivery note.

Our work is commercial and operational. On the commercial side, we put requirements to the market, compare offers on a like-for-like basis, negotiate terms and confirm stems in writing. On the operational side, we turn confirmations into complete nominations, keep the supplier, the vessel agent and the vessel informed, and follow up on documents, surveys and test results after delivery.

We are deliberately specific about our role. Singapore’s bunkering system is built on licensing: bunker suppliers, bunker craft operators, bunker surveyors and bunker surveying companies are all licensed by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). We do not present ourselves as any of those. We work with them on the buyer’s behalf.

We source, negotiate and coordinate. Depending on the transaction we act as broker (you contract with the supplier) or trader (you contract with us). The role is stated on every offer.

MPA-licensed physical supplier

The licensed bunker supplier owns or charters the bunker tanker, loads the product, delivers it to the vessel through a mass flow meter and issues the bunker delivery note.

Independent

Surveyors and laboratories

Licensed bunker surveyors and independent fuel laboratories provide quantity verification and quality testing. We arrange them; they report independently.

How we work

Singapore focus. We concentrate on one port and its rules, standards and supplier base, rather than spreading thinly across many.
Buyer and seller coordination. We understand what a supplier needs to commit to a stem, and what a buyer needs to approve it. Our job is to close that gap quickly.
Commercial professionalism. Written offers, clear terms, stated validity and no indicative prices that cannot be bought.
Vessel operational awareness. ETAs move, berths change and engine rooms have constraints. We plan around them instead of ignoring them.
Fuel procurement knowledge. We read specifications, charter party bunker clauses and owner requirements, and we flag mismatches before you confirm.
Supplier and survey coordination. Licensed suppliers, independent surveyors and laboratories are brought in at the right time, with a clear brief.

Promise delivery that a licensed supplier has not confirmed.
Claim licences, certifications, partnerships or track records we cannot evidence.
Publish testimonials or volume figures that are not genuine and verifiable.
