Marine bunker trading, brokerage & supply coordination · Port of Singapore

One point of contact between the buyer, the vessel, the agent and the physical supplier, from bunker nomination to signed delivery documents.
Bunker delivery coordination keeps everyone involved in a Singapore stem working from the same information: the shipowner or charterer who bought the fuel, the vessel and its chief engineer, the vessel agent, the physical supplier and its bunker tanker, and any surveyor or trader in the chain. SingaporeBunker.com acts as the single point of contact from nomination to signed delivery documents.
Most bunkering problems in a busy port are not caused by the fuel. They come from information that did not travel: an ETA update that reached the charterer but not the supplier, an anchorage change the bunker tanker heard about late, a sampling instruction the vessel never received, or a second grade missing from the nomination. Each one can cost hours of waiting, a missed slot, or a dispute later.
Our coordination service is built to prevent that. It is included with every stem we arrange, and it can also be used where you have bought fuel directly but want help managing the delivery.

Process
The confirmed stem is turned into a complete nomination: vessel name and IMO number, grades and specifications, quantities and tolerances, delivery location and window, the agent’s contact details, the buyer and invoicing party, and any survey or sampling instructions. The supplier acknowledges the nomination and allocates a bunker tanker.
We stay reachable through the delivery to handle questions from the vessel, the bunker tanker or the agent, such as a change in quantity, a delay alongside or a documentation query.
We check that the e-BDN, sample details and meter printout are received and consistent, and follow up any survey report, test result or protest. Then the stem is closed.
Bunkering is one part of a port call. Where the vessel is also loading, discharging, crew changing or taking stores, the bunker window has to fit around those operations. We work with the agent so the delivery does not hold up the vessel’s departure.

Yes. We can manage communication between the vessel, the agent, the supplier and any surveyor for a stem you have already purchased. Contact us with the nomination details.
We pass the new ETA to the supplier immediately so the bunker tanker can be rescheduled. Large changes can affect the delivery window and may lead to charges under the supplier’s terms, which we will explain.
No. The vessel agent handles port formalities and the vessel’s port call. We coordinate the bunker side and keep the agent informed.
Send the stem details and we will coordinate the supplier, agent and vessel through to delivery.
