This policy explains how SingaporeBunker.com (“SingaporeBunker.com”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
We collect the personal data you choose to submit through our forms: your name, company, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and any information you include in your message. Bunker enquiry forms also collect vessel and voyage information (such as vessel name, IMO number, ETA, fuel grades and quantities), which is business information but may be linked to you as the contact person. We also receive technical data such as your IP address, the page you submitted from and the date and time of submission.
We do not ask for bank, card or other confidential financial details through this website. Please do not include them in a form.
We share enquiry details only with parties who need them to handle your requirement, such as licensed physical suppliers, bunker surveyors, laboratories and agents, and with service providers who host or operate this website and its email systems. We do not sell personal data.
Form submissions stored on the website are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. Records kept for contractual, accounting or legal reasons may be held longer where required by law.
This website uses essential cookies needed for it to function. If we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, those tools may set cookies and process anonymised usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The website is served over HTTPS, and submissions are stored in a restricted administrative area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data you provide.
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer handle your enquiry. Contact us using the contact form.
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
